Issue dated 07th oct 2018, around 3:30 pm my friend took ticket from mahalakshmi to kampegouda metro station. And i was having her ticket with me, but i had to change train from majestic and i took train to bayapanhalli. That ticket remained with me and they charged her 220 as token and ticket amount.
Next morning i went with the token to kampegouda metro station they denied and i requested them to take my complaint. They took complaint but did not allow me to take picture of that complaint copy and when i asked the staff members over there they started behaving rudely.
If i am giving back them the thing which i was charged for then why arent they returning my money? And they i have taken that token back then why should not they give my money back?
