Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation — not accepting card payments or paytm for tickets
Tried buying ticket at bangalore metro station in vidhan soudha. I wasn't carrying any cash and just had a credit card with me. The ticket counter staff denied from accepting card payment or paytm for issuing ticket. And there was no way i could have gotten the money as the atm is also very far away. Kindly ensure they accept card payments/ digital payment for issuing tokens as well and not just cards. The ticket sellers and customer care seemed super rude and enjoying the whole situation of me not able to buy a token because they won't accept digital payments. I was forced to buy a metro card for just one ride from vidhan soudha to mg road
