Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation — there is no lift facility after 10 pm in yelachenahalli station | |||
There was no lift facility after 10 pm in yelachenahalli metro station as per the station incharge. I had couple of luggages along with the family. Requested the security incharge and station incharge along with one more handicap person who cannot take the steps go down with his luggage. Reason for closing the lift room due to less manpower it seems as per the security incharge. Finally after the multiple requests and argument security guard has agreed to switch on lift for needy people, station incharge was reluctant to support on request. I commute daily from Banshankri to Halasuru by metro, A guy was following me the security personnel stationed their observed this issue did not even bothered about this, when I complained regarding this they replied this happens!!! Their won't be any security personnel near staircases or connecting bridge.
