Sir, i have a monthly pass and the conductor asked for extra 5 rupees for going through flyover bus. It was a bmtc bus going to majestic (Kbs). I took the bus from the electronic city at 9.07 am on[protected]. The ticket number is 280471-gg 267. And i tried explaining to him in english as i did not know kannada and he told he don't know english.
Sir, i want clarity regarding this and a refund if it is legal to travel with a monthly pass and don't pay for any tickets.
My monthly pass id is 1389262

I got the bus 5:10 am the bus jalahalli cross to peenya second stage conductor given 15 rs ticket actual fare is 10 rs
As per your night service fare is only 11 :30 to 5 am
I informed to conductor he said our machine print like fare only please solve this issue
