Dear bmtc,
I am a regular traveler of bmtc shuttles between marathahalli bridge and itpl. My one way bus fare in volve is 48rs and received 2rs back from conductor on rare situations. I cant provide the bus no and ticket no to give complaint against bus conductor who didn't return 2rs. If i started providing the list of ticket no, the whole complaint will be filled with ticket no's only.
My question to authority is why the bus fare is incomplete. Everyone knows that getting 2rs or 1re change is difficult. Its uncomfortable situation for conductor as well as customer. If anyone dare to ask conductor to return 1re or 2rs, they receive the change with full of disrespect.
Its better to keep the fare as full amount, which will be good for customer as well as conductor. Hence requesting bmtc authority to consider this request and change the bus fare to full amount.
Most of bmtc staff, pushes somany customers to make their business even though bus is full. Hence requesting bmtc authority to train bmtc employees in such a way that they will not disrespect customers.
Requesting authority to remove 3 seat buses which are very uncomfortable for not only ladies, including gents as well.
