I had travelled from silk board to wipro main gate, electronic city by Bus on June 16th. I got the ticket which cost Rs.25(Rupees Twenty five only) and had given Rs.100(Rupees Hundred only) as I did not have change. I forgot to collect the remaining Rs.75(Rupees seventy five only) while getting down at my stop. I would like to know how I could get the money back. We are two adults and asked for 2 adults ticket, but the conductor charged us for 2 adults+2 children price and said it's a night charge and 1 and half ticket will be charged.
Does govt. ask extra charge for govt buses? is this by the law?
