[Resolved]  Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — bmtc volvo bus unnecessarily waiting and blocking roads

On the 18th of sep 2018, around 1700 hrs, following bus ka01fa1297, ka01f8832 ka01f9067 - on the way to majestic route [33e] stopped at marthahalli bridge stop. After all the passengers boarded the bus, the bus was still standing the bus stop area and did not move for close to 15 minutes. As such, there is no defined bus stop area, and since these buses did not move, rest of the vehicles over took these vehicles from the right side and did not stop, other vehicles were stuck behind, resulting a huge congestion. Elders and young students were running helter skelter to catch the bus
I am not sure as to why the buses need to unnecessarily stop, even after all the passengers have boarded?

I would like to have the driver and conductor of these buses to be reprimanded seriously, so that buses do not stop unnecessarily in the bus stops.
