[Resolved] Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — bus conductor lady | |||
I am a college student. I was travelling in the bus ka 57 f 3048. I have renewed my pass and the bus conductor lady was not ready to accept it. She says that this renewed pass doesn't work and made me pay for the ticket when i have already renewed my pass and have paid for the renewal. This is a serious problem. She not only took money from me but from other students as well. What am i supposed to do when i have already renewed my pass and paid rs.1070. Please look into this matter.
