[Resolved] Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — complaining about losing the bus pass

Dear sir/ madam,

I lost my bus pass while travelling in the bus to college in the morning. So can i get the other one like duplicate of it or something because it's really very hard to travel without the bus pass far. I hope so you help me get my bus pass. Please it's a humble request from my side and it's very necessary to have the bus pass to travel. Please help!

Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] Customer Care's response Dear Sir/Madam,

Once you lost the pass it is not possible to take that as duplicate pass you have to buy the new one in( Majestic) for the rest of the month along with the fine amount.
