Hello, i am tanusha working in bommansandara, bangalore and putup from neeladari nagar, electronic city, bangalore. This is very unfortunate that i need to write again as no action were taken against my complaint register earlier with complaint no. (Bmtcc[protected] in which i mentioned rude behavior conductor and ticket checker harassment. They fined me challan and damage my mobile camera glass as i tried to capture the scenario.
First of all ticket conductor was not issuing me ticket but when ticket checker came he pointed me for not having ticket then all three were forcing me to pay fine and one of ticket checker hold my hand to stop me for capturing them.

Now i received message state that vehicle not operated that day

This is to inform you that in your previous complaint you have inform that the vehicle no is ka01-fa1269 but on that day vehicle no KA01-FA is not operated it is halted in depot only the checking people checked KA-57F 1269 hence as per your penalty receipt once again complaint has been registered and forwarded to concerned line checking authority to look into this matter and to take action against the crew this is your docket no for your further reference.
