Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — conductor behaviour and charging higher price

I was travelled on the below bus today and conductor was rude and also gave me higher price ticket. As per online it supposed to be rs 10/- he gave rs 15/- ticket. Secondly he is said he working here for 20 years and who am i to ask him.
He also started arguing the way i sat in a bus. Though my posture was not abstract anyone and nor blocking the path.
