[Resolved] Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — conductor not giving change and when asked for behaves disrespectful

I was traveling on 500d a/c bus on[protected].
For a ticket amount of 19, i paid 20. Re 1 change was not given and when asked for conductor's behavior was disrespectful (Ticket no-77)
I tried raising a complaint through ([protected]) given in http://travel2karnataka.com/bmtc_phone_numbers.htm
The person told to contact [protected] to register a complaint, but no one answering though
Kindly help with taking action against that conductor
