I was travelling in bus number ka 01 f 8696 on[protected] @ 10 am from sunkadakatte to magadi road. I was sitting in conductor seat. When conductor asked me to leave seat i left seat. But she stareted scolding me using very bad words. When i replied back she slapped on my face infront of all passengers, used very bad words. So please take action against her. Take my complaint and take action against her. I alredy registered complaint over call [protected].

I am residing in jalahalli east. The majority of BMTC is not stopping at bus stop which cause delayed to my commitments. So kindly take some action for that.
