I was in the bus ka -53f 265 from jp nagar 3rd phase bus stop in front of vega city mall to bpl bus stop around 9pm on wednesday, 30th may 2018. I don't know the bus number since most of the buses from that stop go to my destination and i didn't pay much attention.
I paid the conductor the 10rs fare. He said that he will give me the ticket soon and i let it go as he was busy counting his notes. I have seen this behaviour from multiple conductors where they say that they will give the ticket later and i make sure to always get the ticket before getting off the bus.
1 stop before bpl, i asked him for my ticket. He refused to give it to me and told me to get down. This is definitely not a language issue as i'm fluent in kannada and hindi and asked him in both languages. He was utterly rude and unprofessional and assuming he does this to even 10 passengers a day, 3000rs is going to his own pocket per month by duping the passengers as well as bmtc. Kindly look at this matter and make sure appropriate action is taken against the conductor. Was this information helpful? |
