[Resolved] Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — did not get change for the issued ticket

I had travelled from marathahalli bridge to satya sai hospital by bus on 20th feb 2018. I got the ticket which cost rs.40 (Rupees fourty only) and had given rs.500 (Rupees five hundred only) as i did not have change. I forgot to collect the remaining rs.460 (Rupees four hundred and sixty only) while gettin down at my stop. I would like to know how i could get the money back.
