[Resolved] Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — issue with bus pass | |||
It is not mentioned anywhere that we have to carry an id card with us not even in the portal. And they didn’t take our application even though we submitted the original fee receipt. How can they expect us to get an original bank chalan when we paid the college fee online? This is too much and the way they spoke was too rude. They should have shown some respect. If this is the case, you either fire them or we will never take bmtc bus passes and will refer the same to other people we know. This incident happened at shivajinagar bus station.
