Dear sir,
This is ashwini i travel from hosa road to majestic every day, today i. E on 26th june 2019, timing is at evening 4.15 p. M, i faced a problem with lady conductor since she said to give me a change for 100rs. I said i don't have u can give me in the majestic no problem so conductor is saying i cannot go and get a change if you want you only get and get it this is a word conductor said rashly. And conductor said get down now we don't have a change, if it is like that then i said better put a board that without change no body should get into it she is shouting and misbehaving with a citizen and acting rudely in a bus.
I informed her ok let's us go and talk to a person either in shanthinagar or majestic, conductor said ok and later she is saying why are you registering the complaint against us as a lady you have to understand and she behaved very very rudely and badly in the bus and conductor is throwing the ticket.
Requesting you to plz take a immediate action on that lady conductor and do the needful
