[Resolved] Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — not stopping the bus in lal bagh west gate stop

I was waiting near lal bagh bmtc bus stop to go to richmond circle. At about 5.10 pm, route no 34 plying between hosakerehalli and shivavinagar arrived but the bus did not stop despite my waving hand. I was the only passenger intending to board the bus.
Immediately i called helpline number and informed the incident.
Kindly take appropriate notice against the driver.
