I still haven't got any resolution for my complaint docket number: bmtcc10235777. I had filed a complaint against a bus conductor from bus licence plate number: ka 01 f 4758, ticket number: 0290984 / gf5, bus number: 201d. I boarded the bus from madivala, purchased ticket till military bridge (Ejipura signal). I had 50 rs and a 20 rs notes, so i gave 20 rs note for the ticket value of 15 rs and i even told the conductor that i only have 2 rs change. He just abruptly demanded for full change and just gave me the ticket and moved forward even though i showed my wallet. I kept quiet thinking he will give me later as the bus started getting almost filled and eventually got crowded half the way to my destination. When i reached my destination and asked for my change again. He had the audacity to tell "i can't give you any change it is you who has to give me the change even after telling him that i only had 2 rs change that he refused to take at the beginning. And continued in a very rude tone"... I can't give you change, you can do anything you like. You want to give complaint go ahead but don't mess with me now... Just step down the bus"

Even after filing the complaint in this platform, i still don't see a proper resolution or action taken, all that i'm informed is action will be taken. I need a proper resolution and compensation because it is not my fault. If this doesn't happen then i will be forced to take it to the court.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform that your complaint was registered and forwarded to concerned depot authority to take action against the conductor. The depot authority has taken action and issued show cause notice to the said conductor.
Further this is to inform that it is the responsibility of the commuters to provide appropriate change for the ticket and co-operate since conductors are not given any change amount for their duty.

Okay but how is that compensating my public humiliation and hard earned money. You guys must be thinking, after all it is just 5/-. I use that 5/- as my breakfast from Indira Canteen. Does it not make any value?

This shows how BMTC just don't care if it is citizen's loss; only when it is your loss you will do everything possible and even scrutinize money from innocent citizens in the Fake name of Law.

BMTC IS A SELFISH, INHUMANE, SENSELESS & PATHETIC GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION.

The busses of bmtc is doesn't maintain the very well the suspension will be in very worst case in many bus and greasing sense like vomitation they are not using bus for public the conductor thinks that it is his own bus

There is no proper bus facilities here in Doddaballapur, Bangalore rural. If we get into bus by 7:25 or 7:30, bus moves after 40 minutes. Till then no buses are provided. This is affecting to everyone. Please do take required action in this area.
Bus number KA 53 F-143 as but the break suddenly as a result one small guy n grandma has got hurt, need to take serious action on this driver.
Don't send drivers without giving training, peoples will be sufferers
KA-57 F3616 evening 8.30 pm Konapana agrahara to silk board ticket cost 19 rs. But the conductor told the ticket cost as 20rs. And not returned the 1 rs. This happens more often and with every passenger. Either Bmtc has to change ticket cost in multiples of 5. Else any action should be taken to the conductor.
This is an issue that every BMTC passenger faces. One possible solution to this problem can be to keep the bus fares in multiples of 5 (in case of Volvo buses) as it would be easier to deal with.
It is not a matter of 1 or 2 rupees, when counting up the 4 rupees that a passenger loses every day (two way travel), it adds up to a significant amount by the end of the month. And this money is not accounted for in the ticket as well. It goes additionally to the conductor without any proof.
