Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation [BMTC] — using foul language on college students for commuting in the bus

The bus conductor of 382c, bus number ka 57 f 1360, constantly kept using foul language on college students for commuting from that bus which started from halasuru to hoskote at around 12:45pm. He also blamed that the students were not allowing the passengers to get into the bus which was not true. He did not treat the students in a respectwell manner. Are students not passengers who wish to commute in buses?
