Bangalore One — wrong info on address update in aadhar

I went to sarakki bangalore one office to apply for address change in my aadhar. I had checked the website which clearly said i could take my absolute sale deed as a proof. But the operator declined saying the name and address has to be on the same page. How is that possible when the government of india’s format does not have that prescribed. When i asked them they can take a photocopy of the entire set of documents, they said they can only upload 1 page. How do i get the address updated? I have a piped gas connection through my agency, not sure if that will help. Electricity meter has not been transferred to my name as of now in my new house, it’s a apartment complex.

The lady in Bangalore One office Uttarahalli was collecting Rs. 50/- per application for New Adhar Enrollment however I see that the new enrollment has to be done free of cost. This isn't right. Request the concerned to do something about this soon.
