I ordered a one kg strawberry cake from Sweet Chariot for my mom who is 78 years old and likes this particular type of cake. I even wrote that in the note when I placed the order online.
Bangalore Online Florist RUINED the surprise I wanted to give my 78 year old mom; the taste of Sweet Chariot strawberry cake, a cake that my father had bought her on her 60th birthday when he was alive. This was a simple child-like wish that my aging mother had.
Bangalore Online Florist delivered a cheap bakery cake (no strawberries) which was only half kg. I was shocked when my mom told me. I asked her not to eat the cake and leave it in the fridge as is. (With great difficulty, I finally got a relative in the next town to visit my mom with the strawberry cake from sweet chariot.)
When I complained to Bangalore Online Florist, they asked me send a photo of the cake (with no instructions for uploading the picture). There was NO photo upload feature in the textbox.
I will never use their service again. Please Beware!
What I ordered online and paid for was not what my mom received; both quality and quantity.
I don't know what Bangalore Online Florist gets out of such deception. I hope one day, the owner experiences the same with his/her mother and he/she will understand.
