Bangalore Traffic Police — Wrong traffic fine

On 14th October 2020 bangalore traffic police stopped in Kormangla and informed me that i have a pending fine for Rs2500. Inspector told me that fine is for 4th August 2020, but i told on that i was working at home and never went, how this is possible. But he didn't listened to me and forced me to pay the fine immediately. I asked for proofs also that atleast he show me some proofs is fine is for my bike but he told if i want proofs then i have to go to Traffic management center and check the violation images their. I asked him let me confirm the fine and if fine is for my bike then i'll pay the fine online but he didnt listened to me and forced me to pay the fine . Then i paid the fine in cash. Next day i went to TMC office and they told me that this fine is not for your vehicle, it is for some other vehicle and due to some issue we put this fine on your bike. They asked me to go to jayanagar traffic police station and fix this issue. Then immediately i went jayanagar traffic police station. Their i talked with one of the inspector, he showed me that traffic fine is for Honda Activa and somehow Activa bike has almost same vehicle number like me but last number was missing so due to that challan was made on my vehicle. Inspector told me once you paid the fine it is not refundable. There is no rule where we have to return customer money even if we make the mistake. Now everybody is blaming each other. I have paid fine for somebody's else mistakes. I want my money back.
