Bangalore University — Did not receive my Duplicate Marks Card since December 27th 2014

I had applied for Duplicate B.Com Marks on 27th December 2014. They gave the receipt telling they will give me by 27th January. Until now i have not got it. Many time i have been following up, but no proper genuine response. They are just dragging my case. Plz kindly look into it ASAP. Thank You
