Rr number e-359402 we are staying in rented house

I have paid bill amount of 782 rupees on july 27th 2019 through paytm however in august bill it is reflecting as arrears we again paid 782 on august 17th 2019 through google pay.. Please confirm why are paying same amount again and again when we have already made payment.. Now we have 140 extra this month because of incorrect billing. I have attached screenshots of reference please look into it and confirm asap before the next bill comes. And confrim if 140 rupees vl it add to next month bill or will it be refunded.
