I have paid the outstanding water bill through icici portal a sum of rs.714=00 the sum though debited from my hdfc bank account has not been processed and appropriated towards the water bill.

I paid the above amount of 714=00 from your site portal through your icici bank network/gateway.

I have made 3 complaints regarding this to the billing department to this email address aeerbc@bwssb.Org but there is no single reply.
