Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — Im raising the complain regarding the water bill generated

Address: Bangalore

For previous bill was generated on 02/04/2025 for the amount of ₹2250 ( due on 17/04/2025) and was paid on 06/05/2025.
But the bill generated in the month of May (02/05/2025) is ₹4148 which includes the fine/ arrears for ₹2219 including previous months bill.
Since the bill is already paid, why is it not update in the current bill
