[Resolved] Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — meter reading captured wrongly by water service person for past three years

Water meter shows 3704 however for the past three years, the water person has been mentioning the excessive amount. He has captured as "2703000" (Wrong reading) which is ridiculous. Water bill will come around rs.500 however because of this excessive reading, it shows we need to pay rs56, 983. We have faced a lot of mental pressure because of this problem. We have not at all consumed so much of water. We keep asking the guy to mention the exact meter readings however he is not obliging and we hardly get to even meet him (We have met him only four times in the past three years. We need a person from the water board to visit our home and resolve this problem as soon as possible.
This is a serious issue and we need your assistance and involvement in solving this problem. Recently we were advised to lodge a complaint as our mental health is at stack!!

We need a person from Water Supply department to visit our house and check the actual reading and see that the bill has been captured wrongly from three years and take necessary action at the eraliest
