Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — no water supply to our house

Dear sir, the water was coming sufficiently to our house after paying parrots charges of 2lakh of our house after new meter was installed by your bwssb. But from from past 3 months there is no water supply when i contact your office near yeshwanthpur they gave the wall man number [protected], i met him directly and asked what's the problem he told because of opening walls. Then when i gave him some bribe that day he opened the wall and water supply was good. Then after 1 month know there is no water supply to our house at all. Pps checkvmy previous bills fir your verifications. Know the wall man is not opening the wall. But next to our house both house there is a regular supply to them. But for my house from past one month there is no water supply at all. Pls check the bill for your proof.
