Rr number E- 4146490

I have paid bill amount of 6989 rupees on Aug 14th 2019 through google pay however in august bill it is reflecting as arrears in Aug bill. Please confirm why are paying same amount again and again when we have already made payment.. why we have to pay extra this month because of incorrect billing. I have attached screenshots of reference please look into it and confirm asap before the next bill comes. Below is google pay reference number & screen short
