Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — rr number and water bill not received from past 3 months for new connection.

Sir,

I havent received the rr number for a new connection that i had obtained in december in the name of mrs shalini uthaiah. The water meter has been installed and i have got the water connection as well but have'nt received the rr number for my meter nor the bill for the past 3 months. I am residing in #144, lig, 2nd stage, khb colony, basaveshwarnagar, bangalore 560079 and my registered mobile number is[protected]. Could you please look into my complaint and ensure that i get the rr number and the water bill till date asap.
