Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — sewage pipe leakage in front of the house

There is leakage in manhole which is overflowing in front of our house.. This is so unhygenic as the sewage water is all over the road.The garbage is also all over the road. Out neighbour had complaining to BWSSB BTM LAYOUT since 3 days but there is no movement.
Please take action and do the needfull.
