Hello sir/madam.. We are residents of aparmnet near dinnur main road rt nagar... Since month july the person who comes here for bill reading doesn't come to our apartment... He comes and generates bill for all other sorrouding buildings here... Kindly look into our problem and give us a solution.. Everytime we need to follow him and go to his office and collect the bill.. Sometimes he' not available there also... We should call him 3 to 4 times follow up and then get the work done..
