Bangalore Water Supply & Sewerage Board [Bwssb] — water seepage from first floor of the building

The kitchen pipeline is broken and water seepage is happening in my kitchen. The neighbour is not ready to fix it. My house is getting damaged. They are not paying heed to our multiple requests.
