Expected delivery date was 9th July. Its 14th August and still I havent got my order or refund. As per their policy if it is beyond 60 days I should get a refund. But after multiple conversations with their support team, I have not been given refund, all that they do is ask me to wait for no reason, stating issue with customs, which shouldnt be the case in the first place as I have already paid customs, the invoice is taxes included, please help me get my money back and compensate for the frustration and horrible torcher from Banggood. Ordeer no 75766767.stdevice ordered on banggood .while tracking item bagged returned msgs are repeated.no information yet.the item is stagnant in bejing order day 3/11/19.still no repeated msgs are showing.

Still the same type of of msges are displayed in tracking.kinly resolve and get delivery soon
