Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank — cheating and bad behavior

My mom have group account (Sayambhar gosti, member10). There account is credited 280000 rupers. But this bank (Sekh para banch, murshidabad) is withdraw this amount without they are permission. When they complaint this issue, this bank staff misbehavior the group women and threaten they are and say they called police. And they case group member in robbery. And this bank staff is slap the womens. And say they are right to withdraw anytime, this is they are matter. And also say they agreement sign about this but the group women did not know about this when they sign this agreement and bank staff don't tell womens about this agreement when they sign it.
