Bangiya Gramin Vikash Bank — non cooperation and rough behaviour of branch manager. | |||
I, sri dipankar kirtaniya, (Bgvb a/c no.[protected] today went to the bangiya gramin vikash bank, joypur branch (Dist.-bankura) for neft of sum of rs. 17000/- to my another bank account. At first the bankers express their unwillingness to do the neft then after several request they seek a photo id proof, i showed my driving licence but they (Specially branch manager) neglect the driving licence as photo id proof, having no other id proof with me at that time they refuse me with rough and tough words. Even they refuse to give cash in spite of having cheque & passbook with me. So, i am requesting the higher authority to take fruitful step against these unfair behaviour of the bank staff of the said bank branch. Thanking you.
