My SB A/C[protected] and my Rupay Card No [protected].Payment at Shopping Mall one transaction failed but Rs1351 debited on 10/03/17.Second transaction success. But I did not get the failed transaction amount back till now.I submitted an application to my branch but manager said he can do nothing.Two transaction are PRCR/[protected]/1 and PRCR/[protected]/1.please help

I have an a/c in BGV BANK at Patkeldanga, Murshidabad .which A/c No[protected]..Two years ago i got a ATM CARD that provide from Bgv branch.but Atm card can not use...so I Request you that plz Send me New Atm card...I went to branch manager and irequest him for New Atm card but I donot get new Atm...
