I am a customer of b. G. V. B. Nepalgunj branch south 24 pgs.
They change my old rupay cum david card. But no online transaction can be made with the new card.
The matter was told to the branch officer. He simply several times said that it is the problem of otp. Trying at night will be solved.
But how long will this problem continue?

I went to Bangiya GRAMIN VIKASH Bank and told to the manager that I have to make a savings account but the manager said that the savings account is very late, it will take time, then I have spoken, make a current account, but what facility will I get?Only Cheque Book. Atm and nominee will not even add even ATM card will not be available.digtl Less

I went to open a bank account. I told bank manager to open a current account.The manager says that the current account will only get check I TOLD can i do online transactions, .Do not give ATM card in current account only Check book, nominee can not add to me Manager says Manager Bokachoda has., but the village banks can not know anything about it
