My sb a/b[protected].and Rupay card no [protected] .on 6th march 2017 around 2:15pm while I'm trying to withdow rs10000 using BGVB rupay ATM / debit card from a SBI ATM located at nazat(bayarmari) north 24parganas.unfortunately I did not received many due to transaction failed of ATM .but I received a SMS from the BGVB bank Rs 10000 debited.I want to get failed transaction amount.please helf. I am a customer of bgvb and I allways use emv rupay debit card. but any type of online transaction is not completed.money transfer through debit card is also not completed.
