Bank Bazaar — regarding mutual fund sip cancellation.

My self Rajendra Kumar kachhi my Mo. [protected]
We had opened two SIP in the month of sep-17 throw the bank Bazaar as below details
1) DSP black rock SIP fallout no. 4766731/32 and 4766730/35
2) SBI blue chip fallout no. 15289864 and 15289865
But we have set many times cancellation request throw mail/call/what up.but till time not cancelled.
Request to you pls help me.I am suffering this issue last three months.
