Bank Of Baroda — amount deducted but payment not done

I was doing on a transaction of rs. 150 via google payment app tez on 13 november but it got failed and inspite of this the ammount is being deducted from my bank account. And status is shown as waiting for bank... Till now and the payment is also not received by bank.
Please help me in getting my money back. Please refund amount as soon as possible.

Dear sir

I am suheb ahmad, acct. [protected], I applied for ATM card and cheque book, I got cheque book but ATM card still not get, I try many time to Branch tanda 227816, the manager and the staff not listening to customer just told come after.

For torrent power limited 3255676 of 490.0 initiated using paytm. then paytm say your amount has been refunded to my bank date 30.10.2017 at 15:17:07 the reference number received from the bank for my refund is .thanks
