Bank Of Baroda — amount was not received

Hi. My name is k. Kishore kumar. And my mobile no is [protected]. A refund has been made by razorpay on 4th december 2019. But the refund has not been received yet. Amount is :2, 586.66.
Bank of baroda is saying no amount has been received by them. I have talked to them again and again but no response from them. So i need to file a "charge dispute" on them, to get the full details. I need to bank of baroda to resolve this matter. Otherwise i will take legal action on them. This is my 2nd charge dispute.
