Bank Of Baroda — Atm cash not received by me

Hello sir or madam i oprate the atm on 2 june manikbagh branch indore 1 i widral 10000 but i cant receive money then i again try and widral 15000 still i cant receive money then i go to my branch bankof baroda transport nagar indore so they send online complaint mail but yesterday bank said vha se mail aaya h ke apne received kiya h but i cant receive any cash by atm so that i request you plz solve my problem and give permission to see cctv.
