Bank Of Baroda — bad service of amazon | |
Redmi a1 phone was ordered on amazon on (15 october, 2019) but unfortunately cancelled later. Refund is not arrived in my account till the present date (10 january, 2020). Kindly get my refund initiated. I have contacted amazon customer service but got no result. They say they have done their work. It was worth 4000 rupees but they are refusing to repay it. Sir 1699rs.ka jio number recharge kiya tha 5 dec ko, jiska bank ref no[protected]h balance cut gya h pr recharge abhi tak hua nhi .relience wale bol rhe hain unke yahan received nhi hua hai.transaction cancel karke balance refund karne ki kripa karein.please help me.
