Bank Of Baroda — branch staff don't close my account

I go to my home branch paonta sahib to close my bank account they don't accept my request to close account my current balance account is rs 18.50. I have another account with state bank of india in my home village. I can not have time to maintain balance in bank of baroda account which is inactive in balance from side or transaction from 2013.
My name is vikas lamba, my account number of bank of baroda is[protected], adhaar number[protected] and my contact number is [protected] (Registered mobile number). Kindly do something to close my account.
