Bank Of Baroda — cash rs 8000 deposited in bna machine but account not credited | |||
My complaint id no 638639/12.11.2018, I m very fedup because online complaint management system sending the mail like that : dear customer we are unable to refund deposit amount due to customer had access cash and took all notes_ban-regards bank of baroda. This type of reply given to the customer by management system... In case no resolution is obtain with in a fortnight i shall be complaint to take up the matter with the banking ombudsman. Dated on 30-10-18 at 1:03 pm i have made a transaction amount of rs 2000-00imps no p2a[protected] but amount is deducted but nut not received by beneficiary.
