[Resolved] Bank Of Baroda — Debited my EMI twice for same month
I am sharing my bad experience here. I have a bike loan with tvs credit lnked with my BOB account. In the month of october on 7th october 2020 my Emi was supposed to be debited. As expected and scheduled it was debited from my account. About 7 days later, a message came to my registered phone number in Tvs credit and it was saying that " your EMI has been bounced and an ADM is released and it will be deducted on 15 " and again on 15th of october second amount was debited for same month. I contacted tvs credit but got no real support. Bank of baroda debited my EMI account twice for the same EMI so where does the first payment gone. I am in search of help is it some kind of fraud?? Pls help me fast or i am rasing an issue in consumer court.
