Bank Of Baroda — delaying refund

I ordered a product from amazon by using my credit card and due to some reason i cancelled that product, amazon has refund my money to bank, but bank costumer sevice operator said that we didnot det your refund back from amazon. I need that money urgently plz help me to get my refund back.
