Bank Of Baroda — disrespect to customers & atm machine never functional | |||
This is mental harassment of a customer. It is interesting to learn how bank of baroda nerul branch (Near d. Y. Patil college) is ensuring that a customer for a job of 2min instead spend 20min.in a duration of one month i visited this branch 3-times to withdraw cash and not surprising but all the time all 3 machines (1 atm machine inside bank & 1 atm and 1 deposit machine in the besides bank) is either not functional or it is running out of cash. Today on 10-nov-2017 i again visited the branch and maintaining their consistency of inefficiency the machine were again not working. The branch manager gave same lame excuse of running out of cash & provided me option of cash withdrawal. So now this sardar employee (Since i don't know his name i am enclosing his image, not being racist do not misunderstand) when i requested for pen in extremely rude & disrespectful way insulted me and when i raised my voice the bank employees argued to lower my voice but i was provoked by bob employee to behave like this. It has been 30 days approx and i haven't get return of my bob account of mine is debited with 1870.30rs on 11/10/2017 but the paytm has not received and they also not giving response and u too please help me out faster.
